We suggest you prepare to spend approximately 45 minutes with your Talent Specialist, during which time we’ll talk through your clinical data background, career aspirations, and tell you all about our roles and work.

On your start date, you'll participate in a fully-paid onboarding process during which you'll get access to your assigned hospital partner(s), learn about the tools you’ll be using—including our best-in-class abstraction and workflow software, and get to know fellow experts in the field with whom you'll work closely.
