At Q-Centrix, ourmission is to help our partners improve the safety and quality of patient care by unlocking the value of clinical data, and that is why we have developed our in-house training and onboarding program, called Q-Centrix Institute (QCI). QCI is specifically designed to train new full-time Clinical Data Specialists, exceptional individuals who have a clinical background and are interested in becoming abstraction experts.
Q-Centrix Institute covers a wide range of essential topics and provides full training and support for five key service lines: Oncology, Cath PCI, STS, Get with The Guidelines (GWTG) Stroke, and Core Measures. These programs are tailored to provide comprehensive training in each specific area, ensuring our Clinical Data Specialists not only become proficient in abstraction techniques and protocol, but are prepared to exceed our high-quality standards and ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data across entire healthcare enterprises.
