We’re seeking an organized, efficient, and highly motivated Help Desk Representative to join our team.

Essential Functions

  • Quickly learn the configuration and workflow of our clinical data registry abstraction software products.
  • Provide technical support to a large, remote team whose success depends on the technology they use every day.
  • Troubleshoot issues collaboratively with our Product Development and Engineering teams as part of an integrated technology partnership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups
  • Manage incoming support tickets in a timely manner
  • Required Skills/Abilities

  • 1+ years of phone support experience
  • Experience with Cloud and Remote Desktop technologies.
  • Love helping others solve problems – even if it’s sometimes outside the role. 
  • Are eager to learn our business and understand the importance of your contributions to our overall success. 
  • Previous experience with a CRM or ticketing system (We use Freshdesk)

  • Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • CompTIA Certification
