Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting our rapidly growing technology platform through ownership of a piece of the product roadmap.

Essential Functions:

  • Own of a piece of the roadmap (i.e. a product or offering) including timeline, resources, and collaborating with engineering counterpart to remove blockers
  • Lead a team of product resources
  • Own the vision and strategy for a product or offering both upstream and downstream
  • Establish metrics and tracking to monitor and guide priorities
  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives, user feedback and market intelligence
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and which are incorporated into feature development and/or removing obstacles for the team
  • Show developed communication skills such as project status updates, collaboration with peers across the business, release communication and training, among other items
  • Serve as the Product Owner in agile ceremonies such as grooming and sprint planning
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including customers, to gather requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 3+ years’ experience in product management and technology development disciplines
  • Requirement collection and documentation
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end release of a product or feature
  • Backlog management and proficiency working with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Strong time management and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and high level of responsiveness
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Able to collaborate with a cross-functional team

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas: healthcare, business administration, economics, management information systems, or computer science

The target salary range for this role is $88,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year and is eligible for a 5% annual bonus. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Salary ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based salary increases during our organization’s annual review period. The annual bonus payout may be higher or lower than target, dependent on individual and company performance and is considered variable pay.
