Q-Centrix, LLC (“Q-Centrix”) collects certain personal information of partner and prospective partner employees in business-to-business contexts (“B2B Contacts”). In accordance with the California’s California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), this notice describes the categories of personal information Q-Centrix collects on B2B Contacts and the purposes for which they are used.  As a B2B contact, you have the right to request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. Personal information in this context does not include publicly available information, information reasonably believed to have been made publicly available, deidentified information, or aggregated information. All defined terms not defined herein have their meaning in the CCPA.

What Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information from you. The retention period for such information is for 5 years after you cease to be an employee of a partner or prospective partner in a relevant business-to-business context or no longer than as necessary to fulfill Q-Centrix’s commercial purposes, whichever is longer.

• Personal Identifiers (such as name, email address, or job title)
• Contact Information (such as phone number, email address, or mailing address)
• Professional Information (such as previous positions or employers)
• Commercial Information (such as your activity in any of our online products or services)

Of these categories, we collect Sensitive Personal Information regarding your account log-in and passwords as it pertains to Q-Centrix products or services.

How We Use Collected Data

We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways. At no time does Q-Centrix sell or share such data.

• To provide alerts or notices regarding our products or services.
• To facilitate providing services to your employer.
• To engage in business discussions of a commercial nature.
• To improve our processes and product offerings as they pertain to B2B Contacts.
• To protect our rights and property.
• As required by law, court order, or to comply with government regulations.

We do not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer information about you.
