Milton Silva-Craig

Milton Silva-Craig

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Milton is responsible for setting and executing the strategic agenda of the company while reinforcing a value and belief system that embraces perpetual learning, quality improvement, courageous innovation, meaningful collaboration, and empowered accountability.

He brings 30 years of demonstrated expertise in building inclusive, engaged, and high-performance teams that have grown and scaled businesses in various fields of health care IT, including medical imaging, revenue cycle management, and clinical data management. Personally and professionally committed to leveraging technology and data to innovate in the health care field, he has been the CEO of Q-Centrix since 2014.

Prior to Q-Centrix, Milton served as president of TransUnion’s healthcare business unit, leading the company through a significant eightfold market expansion. He also served as the president and chief operating officer at Emageon Inc., guiding the company’s strategic direction and operations, resulting in a successful initial public offering (NASDAQ: EMAG). Before that, he held executive positions at General Electric Medical Systems.

He earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Law and obtained his M.B.A. and B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

As Chief People Officer, Alissa leads the company’s talent strategies, including organizational effectiveness, learning and development, talent acquisition and additional areas further enhancing Q-Centrix’s purpose-driven, high-performance culture. Prior to leading the People Team at Q-Centrix, Alissa held human resources leadership roles at IDEX Corporation and Kraft Foods.

Over her 20+ years of experience, Alissa has demonstrated a track record of positively impacting organizations through work on employee engagement, optimizing organizational practices to accelerate growth, and building high-performing teams. She has a master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management from Miami University in Ohio.

Raghu Bukkapatnam

Chief Growth Officer

Raghu oversees the company’s commercialization efforts including sales, marketing, professional services and customer experience. Immediately prior to joining Q-Centrix Bukkapatnam led enterprise strategy and growth initiatives at Change Healthcare, including development of its $1 billion Technology Enabled Services business unit. Prior to that, he served four years as a Senior Director at the Advisory Board, where he played a key role in launching consulting and technology products for revenue cycle and physician practice management.

He started his career as a Fellow in the medical errors taskforce at the Lister Hill Center for Health Policy within the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Bukkapatnam received master’s degrees in public health and business administration from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Chief Product Officer

Foy joined Q-Centrix in 2014 to lead product development, by 2017 he led both the product and engineering teams. As Chief Product Officer, Foy led the development and launch of the only enterprise clinical data management software on the market. The eCDM™ software enables healthcare systems to capture, submit and analyze clinical data from varying service lines throughout the hospital as an enterprise.

Prior to joining Q-Centrix, Foy has spent most of his career with strategic accountability for software applications in the health information technology (HIT) space. At TransUnion Healthcare and later, at Altegra Health, Foy led a Healthcare Analytics application through an acquisition while overseeing the addition of key quality reporting and care management features. At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (HCSC), Foy oversaw the implementation of a care and condition management reporting system, which fulfilled a key gap in that company’s care management product offering. Foy has an M.A. in Health Services Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a B.A. in Economics from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

Todd Seiffer

Chief Financial & Operations Officer

Todd joined Q-Centrix as chief financial and operations officer in June 2019.  He oversees the financial planning, accounting, treasury, and tax functions of the company, in addition to leading the overall clinical services operations. Todd is passionate about connecting financial and operational strategies with business metrics to foster meaningful collaboration, perpetual learning, quality improvement, and courageous innovation.

Prior to joining Q-Centrix, Todd was CFO of Businessolver, a benefits administration technology company based in Des Moines, Iowa.  Previously, he served as senior vice president of finance and treasurer at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., and held positions at Bear Stearns, Banc of America Securities, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Todd earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University. He is also a registered certified public accountant in Illinois.

Jimmy Yamshak

Jimmy Yamshak

Chief Business Development Officer

Yamshak brings more than two decades of experience building and leading sales organizations within the provider healthcare services and technology space. Prior to his role leading the sales organization at Q-Centrix, Yamshak was instrumental in rapidly increasing revenues by 140% and significantly growing the client base as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Foundation, a radiology solutions provider.

Prior to Foundation, Yamshak served as the senior vice president of sales for Emageon, Inc., a radiology technology solutions provider. While at Emageon, he was largely responsible for increasing sales that helped the company’s annual revenues grow from $1.8 million in 2001, to $120 million in 2006. Yamshak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Auburn University.

Himanshu Varandani

Himanshu drives the key front-end operational activities including all aspects of commercial operations, business systems, project implementation & customer support. Prior to coming to Q-Centrix, Himanshu held various cross-functional leadership roles in Healthcare IT & medical devices firms, with the most recent being at TransUnion Healthcare, where he was the Sr. Director of International Growth, Operations & Analytics.

He brings close to 20 years of experience in multi-national, private equity and venture-backed organizations leading global product development, sales operations & customer support teams in rapid growth environments. Varandani earned an M.B.A from Chicago Booth School of Business and an M.S in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Senior Vice President, Data and Research

Victor Wang oversees the Q-Centrix data and research strategy, aligning the data, infrastructure, and capabilities to deliver high quality research datasets across the healthcare ecosystem. He joins Q-Centrix with a strong track record in managing cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and clinical experts to measure the patient experience. He is driven by a deep belief in the power and potential of merging disparate disciplines to unlock datasets and merge data silos.

Prior to Q-Centrix, he was the VP of Data Products at ConcertAI and a founding team member of its predecessor organization. There, he worked on oncology-focused real world data assets, partnering with top 20 pharma companies to understand their data needs and deliver high-value datasets, while overseeing the data product management and delivery infrastructure. At PatientsLikeMe, Victor led various data science initiatives in partnership with life sciences companies to unlock the power of patient-generated data in a range of rare diseases. Victor has a B.S. in Economics and Biology from Tufts University outside of Boston, MA.
