Doug McGill, Lead Consultant, Advisory Solutions
Doug McGill, MSHCPM, is a Lead Consultant for Q-Centrix Advisory Solutions offering professional assessment and strategy services related to clinical outcomes management. Prior to joining Q-Centrix, McGill spent more than a decade at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). While at UPMC, he oversaw their clinical outcomes and professional practice evaluation through oversight of the enterprise’s registries (e.g. ACS NSQIP, STS, NCDR, SVS, etc.) and medical staff accreditations (e.g. Joint Commission OPPE/FPPE). His responsibilities also included system leadership in the organization’s clinical data strategy, including the integration, analysis, and expansion of UPMC's electronic clinical data across the enterprise, and launching UPMC’s mortality support program for frontline care team members.
Sara Bienvenu, Clinical Consultant, Advisory Solutions
Sara Bienvenu, RN, MSN, CIC, is a Clinical Consultant for Q-Centrix Advisory Solutions offering professional services and assessment related to infection prevention. Bienvenu is a registered nurse with over 25 years of nursing experience, including more than 10 years in infection prevention; and, has worked to promote patient safety using data management strategies and change management at acute-care and ambulatory settings. Before joining Q-Centrix in September 2018, Sara served as corporate Infection Prevention Manager for HCA, where she developed and led the training for standardized infection prevention (IP) workflow within an IP solution for 168 acute care hospitals. Sara also developed and managed an organization-wide public reporting validation program for hospital-associated infections (HAIs).
