Preliminary Call

Estimated time commitment: 45 minutes

Depending upon your partnership, you may conduct a preliminary call with your Project Manager. The call is intended to offer an opportunity for your project manager to introduce him or herself and review the scope of the project with you. The discussion will focus on an overview of deployment and delivery system and identify milestones in the process. Any outstanding questions from the Overview Questionnaire can be addressed during the call.

Stakeholders include but are not limited to: Project Coordinator; Quality Administrator, IT and Security Support; Access Administrator
