Will our product or service lines change?
MRO and Q-Centrix continue to offer their respective solutions, including MRO’s clinical data exchange and release of information services and Q-Centrix’s clinical data abstraction and enterprise data management. Longer-term, we’ll explore ways to integrate offerings to better support the full spectrum of clinical data needs.
Will our service level change?
MRO and Q-Centrix share a deep commitment to client service, and maintaining service quality is
our top priority. You should expect the same level of responsiveness and support you receive
today.
Will our primary point of contact change?
Please continue to work with your current MRO or Q-Centrix representative. As integration
progresses, we may realign commercial account teams to better serve our combined client base,
but any changes will be shared ahead of time and handled with care.
Will your payment remittance process change?
MRO and Q-Centrix will continue operating under their current payment processes. If there are
changes to remittance instructions in the future, we’ll communicate those clearly and with plenty
of notice.
Will our pricing change?
The combination of MRO and Q-Centrix will not impact your current pricing. Both MRO and Q-Centrix will continue to honor existing pricing agreements and contracts.
Will our payment terms change?
There are no changes to payment terms because of the combination of MRO and Q-Centrix. You should continue following the current terms outlined in your agreement.
Can we renegotiate pricing?
There are no changes to pricing because of the combination of MRO and Q-Centrix. MRO and Q-Centrix will continue to honor the pricing structures and terms already in place.
Will we need a new contract?
Your current contract with either MRO or Q-Centrix remains valid. There is no need to sign a new agreement because of the combination.
Will the quote you gave me still be honored?
Any quotes or pricing commitments provided before the acquisition was completed will continue to be honored.
Can we choose products from both MRO and Q-Centrix?
For now, clients will continue to engage with MRO and Q-Centrix through their existing products
and services. As we begin to align offerings, we’ll share updates about how you can access the
broader suite of capabilities available across the combined organization.
Will we need to sign new service agreements?
MRO and Q-Centrix will honor existing service agreements. Any future updates will be
communicated well in advance.
Will the availability of services or support change?
We remain fully committed to maintaining the same level of access, responsiveness, and support
you’re used to—whether you work with MRO or Q-Centrix today.
Will there be additional acquisitions?
While our immediate priority is successfully integrating MRO and Q-Centrix, we will continue to
evaluate additional acquisition opportunities that strengthen our capabilities, broaden our customer base, and create value. We’ll keep you informed as new acquisition opportunities arise.
How will this affect our current service commitments?
The combination of MRO and Q-Centrix will not impact any current service commitments. Day-to-day operations and client support will remain unchanged as we move through integration.
