Reporting to our Chief People Officer, the Director, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Lead will play a critical leadership role, partnering with business leaders across our fast-growing organization. - Accelerate the growth and development of outstanding Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner team members.
- Advance corporate and high-volume talent acquisition approaches, developing strategies and targeting channels to support our high growth.
- Leverage data and your expertise to provide insights that inform and improve our recruiting capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Incorporate our employee value proposition into recruiting collateral, ensuring potential candidates know who we are and the positive impact they can make upon joining our team.
- Collaborate with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Leader and Council to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion practices throughout the hiring process and employment lifecycle.
- Ensure our talent acquisition infrastructure, processes, and operations are in compliance and are efficient and effective at bringing in the best talent.
- Serve as a change leader who initiates and implements continuous improvements in the overall employment lifecycle, while collaborating and bringing others along on the journey.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to key stakeholders throughout the business.
- Partner with leaders and the people team to develop and implement People initiatives aligned with business needs including but not limited to employee engagement, change management, organizational design, coaching, employee relations, enhancing a high-performance culture, and compliance.

The target salary range for this role is $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, plus an annual bonus targeted at 15% of the team member’s annual salary. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Salary ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based salary increases during our organization’s annual review period. The annual bonus payout may be higher or lower than target, dependent on individual and company performance and is considered variable pay.
