Sr. Partner Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

The Specialist will help drive value within our partnerships by supporting the partner experience
team’s advisory activities with internal project management and facilitation. This integral
member of the partner experience team will report to an Account Manager or Director and will
be remote.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) ticketing system.
  • Review and reconcile invoices.
  • Ensure documentation and key contact and activity information within the CRM.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data, responding to requests, and distributing information to the appropriate parties.
  • Support the team with follow-up calls/emails, closing out open tasks, and providing necessary updates to customers to enhance the relationship.

  • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2+ years' experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess incredible attention to detail.
  • Have superior technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM Software, and internal software systems.
  • Have the ability to successfully manage multiple issues and demands.
  • Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 6+ months experience with Salesforce.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: None
  • Work Environment/Physical Demands: Continuous sitting and fine manipulation.
  • Travel Requirements: 5%
  • Work Authorization: Legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship
